The position also works closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure IT meets business and software development needs.Essential Duties:Supervise staff and actively complete tasks to support the IT InfrastructureEnsure proper function and or maintenance of IT Systems (including but not limited to servers, network, desktops, productivity such as conferencing, mobile devices, storage, backup, disaster recovery, etc.) along with developing and researching/implementing new technologyRecommendation of adjustments to systems and or equipment to ensure cost-efficient and effective systems/equipment infrastructureWell-kept and current documentation of systems, procedures, and inventoryProject ManagementStrategic PlanningCommunication within and between all departments of the organizationPreparation and tracking of the annual budgetCompletion of the annual IT auditMaintain working relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring contracts and licensing are kept up to date and cost maintenance strategies are assessed and analyzed periodicallyAllocate time to help direct reports perform effectively by managing, leading, and coaching.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree in CIS, related fielded, or equivalent experience10 years of overall IT experience, 5 years of network manager experienceExcellent familiarity with Microsoft products: AD, Exchange, licensingExcellent critical thinking skillsMust be a self-starterRoutinely thinks aheadPhysical: Must be able to use computer equipment, exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects, kneel, reach, push, pull and lift for sustained periods.
