As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent nationally recognized client brands through face-to-face customer interactions, helping build brand awareness, generate new customer relationships, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. No previous sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive training from day one.
Responsibilities
- Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.
- Engage with customers in person to educate them on products and services.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Answer customer questions and provide personalized solutions.
- Assist with customer enrollment and account setup when applicable.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Participate in daily coaching sessions, sales training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurant, or sales is a plus, but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
