Company DescriptionThe ideal candidate is dependable, professional, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable traveling between multiple residential properties as needed.
Schedule:
- Full-time position: approximately 40 hours per week
- Must be flexible with scheduling based on operational needs
- Must be available to travel throughout the DFW area and surrounding cities
- Perform routine, deep, and turnover cleaning in residential units and common areas.
- Clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, amenities, and other shared spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and maintain areas in excellent condition.
- Deep clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces.
- Clean carpets and perform carpet maintenance as needed.
- Handle move-in/move-out cleaning services.
- Remove trash, recycling, and maintain garbage areas.
- Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as litter pickup and light pressure washing.
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and property upkeep.
- Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as needed.
- Support operational requests across different locations.
- Identify and report maintenance issues found during services.
- Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and complete service reports.
- Must have a smartphone with internet access (iOS or Android).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance, or handyman services.
- Experience with multi-residential buildings, commercial cleaning, hotels, Airbnb, or property turnover is preferred.
- Experience with carpet cleaning and heavy-duty cleaning is a plus.
- Basic maintenance skills are preferred.
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual.
- Willing to complete a criminal background check.
