Job Description:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modules and components.
Required Skills:
5 years of IT project management experience in healthcare or state government.
Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
Vendor coordination and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience managing project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Idaho state agency experience.
State Medicaid / MMIS implementation experience.
Change management, training, and rollout communications.
Legacy system conversion and data migration.
EDW, data aggregation, analytics, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Lead implementation from planning through go-live and certification.
Manage master schedules, risks, dependencies, vendors, and state teams.
Coordinate testing, data conversion, implementation readiness, and deliverables.
Provide status updates to management, department executives, and stakeholders.
