About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Financial Aid Manager to lead our Financial Aid department with professionalism, care, and clarity. At Irene’s Myomassology Institute—a nationally accredited therapeutic massage school—you’ll play a critical role in helping students access education by managing federal aid, scholarships, and state funding.

Note: This position manages educational financial aid (Title IV Funding) and is not an accounting role. Compliance with U.S. Department of Education regulations is essential.

⭐️ What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations of the Financial Aid office and ensure compliance with all Title IV and institutional policies
• Guide students through the financial aid process with clarity and compassion
• Process FAFSA applications, Pell Grants, and Direct Stafford Loans
• Communicate with students regarding eligibility, entrance counseling, and disbursements
• Administer and track veteran benefits and institutional scholarships
• Monitor student academic progress and default prevention efforts
• Collaborate with third-party servicers and regulatory bodies
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure accuracy in all records and reports
• Adapt to periodic weekend or extended hours during peak enrollment
✅ Ideal Candidate
• 2 years of experience in Financial Aid in a higher education setting
• In-depth knowledge of Title IV regulations
• Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office Suite and financial aid software
• Independent thinker with a collaborative spirit
• Committed to exceptional student service and ethical practices
