Job Overview:
The role of the Business Services Representative is to support our Wholesale Partner Accounts as well as our Field Sales Team. This includes but is not limited to order entry via email and phone, greeting all inbound callers in a professional, positive, friendly manner while maintaining a high level of enthusiasm and energy, educating the caller about Iredale Cosmetics offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all calls completely, accurately, and professionally
- Greet and engage all inbound callers
- Communicate effectively with the caller
- Educate the caller about IC offerings
- Maximize opportunities for additional sales
- Place orders that come in via email and phone
- Maintain positive working relationship with sales management and sales reps
- Responsible for opening new partners
- Handle returns for partners
- Process and track car stock orders for the field
- Assist with packing and shipping prospecting kits for the field
- When needed, help in the warehouse to pick orders / product assembly.
Qualifications:
- College Degree preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with general computer literacy
- Experience in Customer Service
- Communication skills – verbal and written
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Attention to detail and accuracy

The salary for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, and qualifications.
