About Us
Integrative Recovery Care is a licensed behavioral health provider serving adults in outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health conditions. Our team includes prescribers, therapists, case managers, and peer recovery specialists working together to help people get well and stay well.
The Role
We’re hiring part-time nurses to support medical and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services across our locations. LPNs and RNs are both welcome to apply. RNs will take on additional assessment and coordination responsibilities.
What You’ll Do (All Nurses)
- Take vital signs and complete nursing intake for new and returning patients
- Collect and process urine drug screens following chain-of-custody procedures
- Administer medications and injections as ordered by the provider
- Complete withdrawal assessments (COWS/CIWA) and report results to the provider
- Prepare patients and rooms for medical and MAT appointments
- Document nursing care accurately and on time in the EHR
- Track medication and supply inventory at your assigned site
- Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow-up with the front desk and care team
- Follow HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and IRC policies and procedures
Additional RN Responsibilities
- Complete nursing assessments and develop nursing care plans
- Provide patient education on medications, side effects, and recovery
- Direct and support LPN staff and serve as nursing lead at a site
- Assist with nursing policy, audits, and quality improvement
What You Need
- Active, unencumbered LPN or RN license valid in WV (multistate compact accepted). Additional state licenses may be required for sites outside WV.
- Current BLS certification
- Availability for at least one full weekday shift (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) each week
- Ability to pass the WV CARES fingerprint background check and exclusion screening
- Reliable transportation if working more than one site
- Strong documentation habits and comfort with an EHR
- A nonjudgmental, patient-centered approach to people in recovery
Preferred
- Experience in behavioral health, SUD treatment, or MAT/OTP settings
- Phlebotomy experience
- Familiarity with buprenorphine and long-acting injectable treatments
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
