This role leads project execution while working closely with company leadership to strengthen operations, develop people, and ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and consistently to IRC standards.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead and support the division's operational staff including Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen (through Superintendents), and field leadership. Build a team culture centered on accountability, professionalism, and safety.Division DevelopmentHelp shape the future of the division by strengthening processes, developing people, and improving operational performance. Create an environment where teams take ownership of their work and take pride in delivering exceptional results.Operational ExcellenceEnsure projects follow company operating standards, systems, and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all work.Safety LeadershipPromote and reinforce a culture where safety is a core value. Support field leaders in maintaining safe work practices, proper documentation, and compliance.Financial PerformanceMonitor job cost reporting and production metrics to ensure projects remain profitable and on track.
