This is a full-time, on-site role for an Imaging Engineer specializing in CT Image Post-Processing, located in Solon, OH. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop, test, and optimize CT image post-processing algorithms. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing imaging data, implementing software solutions, and troubleshooting performance issues. This role also involves contributing to product development by ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Strong programming skills, including proficiency in C , Python, or similar languages
- Knowledge of image processing techniques, algorithms, and application in X-ray or medical imaging
- Experience with software development tools, such as debugging and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Problem-solving skills, ability to debug software and hardware integration issues effectively
- Understanding of CT imaging principles and prior experience with post-processing algorithms is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in regulatory compliance or working within the medical imaging industry is beneficial
