We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Part-Time Pharmacy Technician with a 340B and immunization certification. This role is responsible for assisting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with 340B program requirements, and supporting immunization services in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
You will be working under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist and Pharmacy owner.
MINIMUM ONE YEAR RECENT EXPERIENCE. ONE TO THREE YEARS PREFERRED- MUST BE LICENSED IN FLORIDA
POSITION STARTS AS PART TIME AND WILL BECOME FULL TIME.
You will be assigned to 340B. Most of our technicians become versatile enough to rotate between the two.

- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Support and maintain compliance with 340B program regulations, including inventory management, documentation, and audits
- Coordinate and process prescriptions under 340B guidelines
- Provide support for immunization services, including patient intake, documentation, billing, and workflow coordination
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and expiration date monitoring
- Deliver excellent customer service by assisting patients with questions and pharmacy needs
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Knowledge of Liberty Software and/or RX30 is software is a foot in the door.
- Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
- Certification in immunization required
- 340B certification
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail, hospital, or community health pharmacy setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Bilingual (English/Creole)
- Skills:
- Proficiency with 340B management software and data analysis tools. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, self-disciplined, problem solving. Highly customer service oriented. Computer proficient with ability to communicate in both spoken and written English and Creole clearly.***** Background Check and Drug Screening is mandatory for all new hires ! *****
