What You'll Do:
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to inbound phone calls and emails from both prospective and existing clients with professionalism and expertise.
- Educational Guidance: Clearly explain the intricacies of self-directed IRAs, including rules, regulations, and processes, ensuring clients feel confident and informed.
- Account Setup & Support: Assist clients efficiently with the opening of new self-directed IRA accounts.
- Transaction Facilitation: Guide clients through various transactions, such as initiating new investments, funding existing investments, processing asset payoffs, and managing IRA distributions.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate client records and perform essential data entry within our internal systems, contributing to seamless operations.
