What You'll Do
Welcome and assist customers, address their questions, and help guide them toward the vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
Offer test drives to all prospects and follow dealership procedures for verifying identification
Present vehicle features, performance specs, and available options in a clear and engaging way
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager
Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance to spot areas for improvement
Stay sharp on Ford product knowledge across the full vehicle lineup
What We're Looking For
Prior Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a collaborative team member
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to complete a background check

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
