Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Revit models for piping, mechanical layouts, and structural framing
- Produce construction sheets including plans, elevations, isometrics, and fab drawings
- Generate structural views for platforms, pipe supports, and mounting details
- Interpret P&IDs, structural drawings, and markups from engineering
- Collaborate across teams to ensure model coordination and minimize field clashes
Qualifications
- Experience drafting in Revit is required (mechanical or piping-focused preferred)
- Associate’s degree in drafting or 2 years’ relatable work experience
- Ability to interpret and apply P&IDs, structural layouts, and fabrication inputs
- Familiarity with sheet set production and coordinated multi-discipline Revit models
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong file organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of piping systems
- Experience modeling in BIM 360, including worksharing, cloud collaboration, and version control
- Exposure to ammonia refrigeration projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for legacy P&ID or support drawing workflows
- Experience producing shop/fab spool drawings and structural support details
