Location: São Paulo, Brazil Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will support recruitment activities across Latin America, partnering with recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring processes. The role combines recruitment coordination, talent market insights, sourcing support, and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment operations and maintain accurate candidate data and reports. Gather talent market insights and feedback from new hires across LATAM, with a focus on Brazil. Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling between candidates and hiring teams. Support candidate sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels. Assist with job posting, employer branding, and talent attraction activities. Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition coordination, administration, or customer-facing support roles is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with MS Office, ATS platforms or LinkedIn is preferred. Intermediate level of English and/or Spanish. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
