MedTech Field Service Technician - Detroit, MI

OurMedTech Field Service Technicianexperiences a unique opportunityto be on the front line ofthe maintenance and stocking of RepScrubs uniform management technologies. Matrixed teams are assigned to customer projects and accounts based on project scope and local organizational structures.Theproject team partners with the customer project team to deliver the goal of an on-time successful system inventory and maintenanceon site.Job Responsibilities:

• Perform annual preventative maintenance visits for assigned machines.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities according to established training and operational procedures.
• Install software and hardware updates as required to maintain system performance.
• Clean and inspect machines to ensure proper functionality and appearance.
• Perform complete inventory audits and reconcile machine inventory records.
• Update inventory management systems to reflect accurate stock levels
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
• Restock machines at designated customer locations.
• Follow service schedules and route requirements provided by program management.

Schedule:

• Per Diem 1-2 days or 8-12 hours per week is needed in the Metro Detroit, MI local area. This is a W-2 hourly paid role. Candidate should reside in the local area of Detroit, MI.

Required Qualifications:HS Diploma minimum is required, or higher degree is preferred.Must have intermediate troubleshooting abilities in the software and electronics.Experience e supporting automation equipment in a healthcare setting is a plus.Experience in healthcare, field service, diagnostic machine maintenance, customer service, electronics, electrical, technical work, or IT is beneficial for this position.Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer support.Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status, required.Position may/will require up to date immunizations.Travel Requirement:Travel local and national is required to support customer needs.Respond to and arrive at customer sites within the service ticket's Service Level AgreementMust have an active driver licenseand a personal vehicle to use for job related assignmentsTravel, and your time traveling is paid, as is mileage.IQVIA MedTech CFS takes the approach to helping customers drive healthcare forward in this challenging and fast-paced environment. The potential base pay range for this role is $27-$29 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
