The potential base pay range for this role is $60-70,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute promotional and sales plans aligned with Ddrops’ approved marketing strategies and business objectives
- Achieve defined service and sales goals through effective territory planning and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians and general practice physicians
- Promote OTC Vitamin D products in a compliant, professional, and value-driven manner
- Analyze performance data and adjust territory plans accordingly, consistent with approved programs and IQVIA guidance
- Maintain accurate target profiles, call activity, and reporting in the designated CRM system
- Stay current on market dynamics, competitive products, and product knowledge through approved resources
- Demonstrate strong customer engagement skills, including effective questioning and active listening to understand customer needs
- Complete all required training, team meetings, timekeeping, call documentation, expense reporting, and sample accountability
- Operate in full compliance with IQVIA corporate policies, SOPs, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience required
- Pediatric pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
- Experience gained through work, competitive sports, or leadership-focused extracurricular activities
- Military experience is a plus
- Excellent live, virtual, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and long-term customer relationships
- Strong active listening, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a field-based environment
- Comfort working independently while collaborating within a team
- High level of professionalism and adherence to promotional guidelines
- Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
