We are excited to announce that in partnership with our client, we are looking for a Cardiovascular District Sales Manager to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
Cardiovascular District Sales Manager
The District Sales Manager - Cardiovascular will lead a team of Specialty Cardiovascular Sales Representatives responsible for providing education of disease state awareness and treatment options to cardiovascular practitioners. The District Sales Manager will develop and deliver the strategy and serve as a key information holder regarding the marketplace and thus, be able to react appropriately to that market as needed. They will also be responsible for delivering on all contractual obligations as agreed to by the client and IQVIA.
Qualifications/Experience
- 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience required; participation in a leadership development program and/or experience such as a corporate office rotation, marketing, sales training, or sales ops preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required with documented, consistent, and successful track record of success; cardiovascular experience strongly preferred
- Strong ability to communicate and work cross-functionally within a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire a district towards meeting and exceeding assigned objectives

Salary Range: 130,000 – 150,000
