Lendly Operations Analyst

IQVentures is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This individual will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on operational data to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong SQL skills, a high level of critical thinking, and a deep understanding of Lendly’s products, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Writes and optimizes SQL queries to extract data from internal databases.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business.
• Analyzes operational data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translates them into actionable insights.
• Provides recommendations for process enhancements and strategic initiatives based on data analysis.
• Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all reporting and analysis.
• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all Lendly products, policies, and procedures to ensure contextually relevant analysis.
• Must follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of critical thinking.
• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with financial services or lending industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
