Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Certified Pharmacy Technician role located in Brooklyn, NY. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for accurately processing prescriptions, assisting pharmacists, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting daily operations to facilitate an efficient and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Over a years worth of experience on PrimeRX by Micromerchant Systems
- Knowledge and experience in Prescription processing and Pharmacy practices
- Certified Pharmacy Technician credentials and proven ability to support pharmacists
- Skills in Inventory Control, including monitoring, stocking, and ordering supplies
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and patient care
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Proficient communication skills for effective interaction with team members, medical professionals, and customers
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is preferred
- Associates degree or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician training or certification is required
