The Executive Assistant and Senior Executive Officer work in tandem to support initiatives that help companies reduce risk, strengthen safety culture, and meet the highest standards of OSHA and industry‑specific requirements. Role Description
This position will begin as a part‑time role with the potential to transition into a full‑time position. It is an on‑site role located in Bay St. Louis, MS, supporting the Senior Executive Officer as an Executive Assistant. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing and tracking expense reports, drafting correspondence and documents, and ensuring seamless administrative operations. The Executive Assistant will serve as a liaison, manage communication on behalf of the Senior Executive Officer, and provide organizational and logistical support to keep daily operations running smoothly.
We are also seeking someone who can enhance our social media presence and support marketing initiatives for our course certifications and OSHA manuals. Experience in growing, optimizing, and managing social media platforms is highly valued.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Support — Proven experience providing high‑level assistance to senior leadership
Expense Report Management — Ability to create, track, and manage expense reports accurately
Executive & Administrative Operations — Strong organizational and operational skills to ensure efficient office workflows
Professional Communication — Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to correspond promptly and professionally
Organizational Skills — Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Software Proficiency — Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar office software, as well as QuickBooks knowledge
Confidentiality — Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Social Media Management — Experience managing and growing organizational social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Content Creation — Ability to create engaging posts, graphics, and short‑form content that aligns with brand voice and safety‑focused messaging. We currently use Canva to create marketing materials as well
Education — Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
