OVER 60 OPEN PACKAGING & PRODUCTION POSITIONS!
IQ Resource Group is hiring for a growing company in Wautoma, and we have immediate openings! We’re looking for dependable candidates with production or manufacturing experience, but if you’re motivated, reliable, and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
These are 12-hour shifts, with both days and nights available:
Pay:
- $19/hour – 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- $22/hour – 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
Location: Wautoma, WI
What You'll Do:
- Pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects or damage
- Properly label and prepare packages
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory and report any discrepancies
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable and willing to work a 12-hour shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and handle packages as needed
- Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
- Strong potential and a willingness to learn will be considered in place of direct experience
