We are seeking a talented, assertive staffing professional to grow our brand and expand business by opening a location in the greater Stevens Point area. The right candidate will lead the branch by selling contingent staffing solutions to clients by developing business through client visits, outbound sales calls, and networking, etc.

The right candidate will lead the branch by selling contingent staffing solutions to clients by developing business through client visits, outbound sales calls, and networking, etc.
Client Operations:
- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
- Utilize various contact methods and networking events to establish relationships with key decision makers within target organizations.
- Develop rates and pricing strategies to secure new business.
- Identify and communicate with key decision makers within targeted organizations.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all situations.
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, with appropriate follow up.
Division Support:
- Work with Vice President to target potential business opportunities in each market.
- Communicate customer needs in a clear and detailed manner.
- Work with recruiting staff to support account service opportunities.
- Increase division sales by meeting weekly and monthly customer contact goals.
- Report sales activities and efforts to upper management.
- Assist VP in monitoring account performance.
Staffing/Recruitment Operations:
- Support of high volume or rush scenarios in filling orders.
Leadership:
- Act as a liaison between customer and recruitment staff to identify additional opportunities for increased sales.
- Lead recruitment staff and future sales staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two to five years of business-to-business sales with a focus on the staffing industry.
- Strong, documented performance in increasing sales.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels inside of an organization.
- Associates degree or better preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License.
