About the Role
iQ Home Care is looking for a personable, organized, and sales-minded team member to support our office during our busy holiday season.
This is a customer-facing, in-office position for someone who is comfortable talking with customers by phone, preparing estimates, following up with leads, and helping turn inquiries into booked services.
Our immediate need is seasonal, but there may be an opportunity for the right person to continue and grow with our team beyond the holiday season.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
- Speak confidently with customers about our services and pricing
- Prepare and send estimates based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Help convert inquiries and estimates into booked services
- Communicate by phone, text, and email
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in our systems
- Assist with scheduling and general office/customer-service needs
- Work closely with our operations and field teams as priorities change throughout the day
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is comfortable selling without being pushy and can communicate naturally and professionally with customers.
The right candidate will have:
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers on the phone
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Ability to listen to a customer's needs and recommend appropriate services
- Comfort discussing pricing, preparing estimates, and asking for the sale
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to stay organized while handling multiple conversations and priorities
- Reliable transportation and the ability to report to our Orlando office as scheduled
Experience in inside sales, home services, customer service, estimating, or appointment setting is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation
This is an in-office seasonal position based in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must be able to reliably report to our office for their scheduled shifts.
Compensation is expected to be approximately $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
The position is initially seasonal to support increased demand during our holiday season, with the potential for continued employment based on business needs and performance.
