We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team part-time. You’ll handle hands-on repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and gaming PCs in our Bowie location. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented person who enjoys hands-on hardware work, problem-solving, and helping customers feel confident in their technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS systems
- Perform system tune-ups, virus/malware removals, OS installations, and troubleshooting
- Upgrade components (RAM, GPUs, storage, power supplies, etc.)
- Build, configure, and test custom gaming PCs and business systems
- Back up and safely recover customer data
- Provide clear, professional, friendly communication and repair updates to customers
- Maintain accurate repair records and manage parts inventory
- Assist with shop organization and equipment setup, and overall workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CompTIA A
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on computer repair experience (shop or freelance)
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and PC hardware
- Basic networking and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Driver's License (Required)

Schedule & Compensation
Part-time: 15–25 hours per week (Felxible Hours)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, starting at $15/hourly
