Long-Term Substitute – Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Ipswich Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students at the middle school level. The position will begin on or around January 15, 2025, and continue through April 16, 2026.
The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide direct support to students to promote academic, social, and behavioral growth.
Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

Experience working with middle school students or students with behavioral needs preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Salary : $30 - $41
