WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical Competencies
Brand Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Develop and execute the integrated global brand strategy to maximize long-term asset value and patient impact.
- Translate portfolio and asset objectives into clear commercial priorities, strategic initiatives, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead global launch planning and readiness activities to ensure successful commercialization in priority markets.
- Drive lifecycle management strategies that accelerate growth, expand market opportunities, and sustain brand performance.
- Lead and influence a global matrix team across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and other key functions.
- Build alignment across global and local stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and execution.
- Leverage customer, patient, competitor, and market insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and inform strategic choices.
- Ensure strategies are grounded in evolving market dynamics and stakeholder needs.
- Define performance metrics, monitor results, and drive course corrections to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Education: Degree in life sciences or business; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches, ideally in the US market.
- Experience in migraine or neuroscience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Languages: Fluent English required.
