Job title: AI Engineer LeadOn-site/Remote: On-siteLocation: San Francisco, CAVisa: USC,GC, GC-EAD,Role Description:Build the core intelligence behind the company's root cause analysis engine and observability stack, tackling work far beyond typical full‑stack or infra.Some of the common tasks:Setting up telemetry pipelines, improving tooling and SDKs, and building systems that reconstruct timelines across logs, traces, and deploys.Building automatic instrumentation that tracks code behavior, preserves async context, and improves visibility into backend operations.Creating code‑origin mapping that links logs and events back to exact source code.Designing secure sandboxes that allow agents to run checks, inspect systems, and validate ideas safely.Building multi‑agent reasoning systems that use real telemetry to produce correct RCAs.Minimum Qualifications:5 years minimum of software engineering experience.Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI to solve complex, unstructured problems (bonus if applied to developer tooling).Excellent communication skills, the kind that allow you to translate very complex ideas into simple, clear language for the rest of the team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
