Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Cerritos, CA. This position requires a multi-tasking individual to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in import supply chain management and be able to take a proactive approach to all supply chain related processes.

Responsibilities may include:

• Issue purchase orders to vendors and ensure products deliver on time
• Manage and track daily inbound shipment flow from domestic and international vendors to monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Identify cost-related factors through profit and loss analysis reports
• Coordinate and update internal teams on inbound delivery status and schedules
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues regarding purchase orders
• Support the updating of all inbound shipping documents and system data integrity
• Collect, organize, edit, and provide data from various computer databases to Supply Chain team members, Sales, Operations team members, and management in order to effectively evaluate processes and performance within the procurement cycle
• Inspect production samples, handling quality control issues

Successful candidates will have:

• 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, and International Logistics
• Full-time college or university education/vocational school training in business or a job-related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Office-based programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills and experience in international logistics
• Import knowledge dealing directly with carriers and customs brokers
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
