Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA O&M Consultant with strong expertise in Contract Management and Service Order Management. The ideal candidate will support ongoing operations, enhancements, and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA Service processes, working across multiple service projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.

Support and enhance Service Contract Management and Service Order Management processes.

Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution in production systems.

Work on change requests, enhancements, and minor developments across service modules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SD, MM, FI/CO, and service-related functions.

Support multiple service projects in parallel and ensure SLA adherence.

Assist in system monitoring, performance tuning, and process optimization.

Participate in testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities.

Coordinate with business users to understand operational challenges and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA O&M support.

Proven experience in Service Contract Management and Service Order Management.

Experience working on at least 2 SAP S/4HANA projects involving service processes.

Ability to manage and support multiple service projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of service-related integrations with Finance and Logistics.

Experience with incident, problem, and change management in production environments.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA certification in Service or related modules.

Experience with ITIL-based support processes.

Exposure to SAP Activate / Agile delivery models.
