We're expanding aggressively in Northern New Jersey and are looking for sharp, ambitious analyst to join our winning team.
We're seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Analyst to support our investment sales brokers in Jersey City. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about commercial real estate to work on high-profile multifamily, mixed-use, and development deals in one of the hottest markets in the country.
You'll play a key role in driving transactions from start to finish in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your contributions directly impact results and your career trajectory.
- Build detailed financial models (Argus Enterprise preferred, Excel proformas, cash flow projections, waterfalls, sensitivity analysis)
- Conduct in-depth market research and comps analysis for multifamily, mixed-use, and development site properties in NJ and NYC markets
- Prepare professional offering memorandums (OM's), BOV's, pitch books and marketing materials
- Assist in property valuations, due diligence, and underwriting for exclusive listings and buyer representations
- Analyze market trends, cap rates, rent rolls, and economic drivers in the Tri-State area
- Support brokers with client presentations, tour coordination, and deal negotiations
- Contribute to our proprietary database and internal research initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate (analyst, underwriting, brokerage support, acquisitions, or lending) – recent grads with strong internships / graphic design skills will be considered
- Advanced excel skills are a must
- Strong understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, NOI, cap rates, DSCR, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a high attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in the Northern New Jersey / Hudson County market is a big plus
- Real estate license (or willingness to obtain) is preferred but not required
- Work directly with top-producing brokers on $10M–$100M deals
