What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Agent position at IPRG?
IPRG has closed over $4 billion in NYC investment sales transactions, averaging one to two closings every week. We're growing our team and looking for the right people to grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing You'll operate as a broker within the New York City market, working alongside senior deal-makers to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Cold calling building owners and prospective clients
- Generating and managing listing leads
- Performing property valuations and market analyses
- Attending and coordinating property tours
- Canvassing your market and building your pipeline
- Leveraging our proprietary database loaded with every NYC owner, transaction, and property data point
