iPostal1, the leading provider of Digital Mailbox technology worldwide, is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to build our retail mail center partner vertical. Our website, www.iPostal1.com, lists 4,000 addresses, including retail pack and ship stores, 1,000 Staples stores and coworking spaces. Customers choose a mailing address for business or personal use and view and manage their postal mail and packages anywhere with an app or online.
With the continued expansion of our business, we have created this new position to focus on the Retail vertical. Maintaining strong relationships with our existing mail center partners and further expanding the list of retail mailing addresses is critical to achieve our growth objectives.
Position Summary
The Sr. Sales Representative, will create and implement a sales plan to penetrate the large and growing shared workspace channel in the U.S. and abroad. Key metrics will be signing up new locations to list their address on iPostal1.com. The expectation is to use all methods communication and engagement available, including phone, email and online webinars, social media, as well as trade shows and conferences.
The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong sales acumen, and the experience communicating in an outgoing, poised, and persuasive manner. Prior B2B sales experience is required. This position is based in our Montebello corporate office.

Position Responsibilities
- Identify and generate account leads using company and industry data sources. Use a CRM tool like Salesforce to log all activity and manage the sales process
- Utilize email, phone, and webinar presentations to penetrate accounts. Reach the key decision maker at each workspace location to close the sale
- Provide regular progress updates and sales projections
- Become knowledgeable on the shared workspace industry through company data, self-directed research, and industry newsletters and blogs
- Attend several trade shows and industry conferences each year
- B2B sales experience with demonstrated achievement preferred
- The ideal candidate will have familiarity with the workspace industry
