We are actively seeking an experienced **Embedded Product Development Lead** for a fully onsite opportunity in **Bartlesville, Oklahoma**.
Key Qualifications:
• 10 years of commercial software development experience, preferably in a Software Architect or Technical Lead role
• Strong experience designing and developing embedded products from concept through production
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Development
• Advanced proficiency in C
• Hands-on experience with Linux OS, SQL, XML, and Python or Bash scripting
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities:
• Identify opportunities to improve embedded products and solutions
• Define and create embedded software requirements
• Lead the design and development of new embedded software components
• Integrate new solutions with existing embedded software and hardware platforms
• Provide technical leadership across the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams
