- Conduct and lead Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety briefings, and enforcement of LOTO and arc flash protocols on high-energy systems
- Coordinate startup, commissioning, and acceptance testing activities with engineers and equipment OEMs
- Manage ISNetworld / Avetta compliance documentation and client safety prequalification requirements
- Provide field-level technical direction and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians
- Collaborate with the estimating team on project scoping, change management, and lessons learned
- Travel up to 75% of the time nationally; manage extended mobilizations as projects require

- Experience with industrial control systems, PLCs, motor controls (MCC), and industrial network infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage multi-trade crews and concurrent projects in high-pressure environments
- Strong proficiency with project management tools: scheduling software, RFI/submittal tracking, budget management
- OSHA 30 Construction or General Industry certification (required)
- Valid driver's license; ability to obtain access credentials for food & beverage, automotive, and logistics facilities
