At IPL Schoeller, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and sustainable solutions. As a Senior Customer Care Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing complex customer accounts, ensuring seamless order processing, and driving collaboration across departments
What You'll Do
- Own the customer experience: Manage daily activities for assigned accounts, from order entry to shipment.
- Enter and track orders in our ERP system and resolve customer concerns with clear communication.
- Monitor inventory levels and aged stock, providing proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to meet customer needs.
- Generate reports to support supervisors and sales teams in decision-making.
- Serve as backup to the Customer Service Supervisor when needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5 years in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination—preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
- Spanish or French fluency preferred
- Strong ERP and CRM skills (IFS experience a plus).
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
