Position Summary
The Production Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with established safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to food safety and quality.

Position Summary
The Production Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with established safety, quality, and productivity standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products for defects and quality standards prior to packing
- Pack products accurately per work orders and packaging requirements
- Verify and document lot numbers, carton labels, dates, and part information
- Track and label cartons and ensure labels are used correctly and in sequence
- Build and stage cartons; restock packaging materials as needed
- Arrange cartons on pallets per work order or supervisor instructions
- Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, or alarms
- Assist with basic machine-related tasks during backups or downtime
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all GMP and Food Safety policies
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly during a 12-hour shift
- Prolonged standing and walking on concrete floors
- Frequent use of tape machines and packaging equipment
