IPl Schoeller is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR operations and help create a positive, productive employee experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems—ensuring our processes run smoothly from hire to exit.

The role
IPl Schoeller is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support our HR operations and help create a positive, productive employee experience. In this role, you’ll play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR systems—ensuring our processes run smoothly from hire to exit.
What You’ll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment administration for hourly hiring (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer processes)
- Deliver engaging new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records and employee files
- Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries
- Assist with performance management processes in partnership with the Talent team
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews
- Collaborate with managers to support production staffing needs
- Contribute to HR projects, employee well-being initiatives, and community programs
- Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in an administrative or HR role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
