Qualifications
- Proficiency in injection molding machine setup, process monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience in tooling maintenance, adjustments, and production optimization
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing protocols
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and mechanical skills
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and safety best practices
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus
- Experience in injection molding or a related manufacturing role is a must.
