Role Overview
The Social Media Marketing Manager will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads. You will work closely with our sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and funnel strategies, ensuring that we maximize ad spend efficiency and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Paid Social Strategies: Design, launch, and manage high-performing lead generation campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), ensuring optimal targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
- Optimize Ad Performance: Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve key metrics like cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage advanced Meta Ads Manager tools, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and first-party data integration, to drive qualified leads.
- Creative Direction & A/B Testing: Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages while running A/B tests to improve performance.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate ad spend to maximize ROI and scale campaigns profitably.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate insights, and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with Meta’s evolving algorithms, advertising tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
- Experience in paid social media marketing with a strong emphasis on lead generation.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization techniques, and budget management.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, etc.) to measure campaign success.
- Experience working in performance marketing, lead generation, or direct response advertising.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and drive measurable results.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier).
- Knowledge of other paid media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
