Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide essential temporary administrative and office support during our demanding tax season. This role is crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our office operations and ensuring a smooth client experience during our busiest period.
Schedule: Flexible hours (10-20 per week), Monday through Friday. We are open to discussing a schedule that works for both you and the needs of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication & Administrative Support:
- Organize client tax documents with extreme accuracy and confidentiality.
- Email clients for missing tax documents.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
