Test Technician (Electrical / Electronics)

• Assembly & Test of opto-mechanical & Electrical assemblies to ensure compliance to defined standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair opto-mechanical & Electrical assemblies using tools such as Multimeter or scopes
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to aid repair
• Assists in the generation of new product or sub-assembly documentation and work instructions
• Provides feedback to engineering regarding errors or omissions in existing documentation
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve issues and improve assembly procedures
• Follow company standards for safety and quality control throughout the assembly process. Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential functions of this job.

Requirements:

• Strong troubleshooting ability with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems (preferable 2-3 year's experience)
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience in welding is a plus.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, gauges, or software‑based testers
• Basic understanding of safety standards and compliance procedures
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in repairs, installations, or maintenance
• Computer literacy for logging work orders, reviewing documentation, or using maintenance software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a professional environment
• Ability to lift, pull or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
