We have an opening for a North America-based Medical Strategist to provide medical insights and consultancy services. This will include:
* Providing medical insight for new opportunities, including contributing towards proposals and pitches.
* Effectively onboarding newly won accounts and upskilling the medical acumen of the delivery team as these accounts are integrated into our business.
* Contributing to, or facilitating, client meetings, such as workshops on scientific platforms, communication strategy, medical affairs/education, and publication planning.
* Collaborating with senior colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver on key performance indicators.
We are looking for an approachable, generous person, willing to coach and guide team members, ideally with a strong track record in the medical communication field. Our ideal candidate will be up-to-speed with current medical insight/strategic approaches/tools, and developments in the worldwide healthcare environment.
