Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Fulfillment Associate to manage daily operations at our compact warehouse facility (5,000 sq ft). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse space
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Operate a manual pallet jack to move inventory and shipments as necessary
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in restocking as needed
- Communicate with the team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Ensure all shipments meet quality and packaging standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or packing/shipping role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable using basic shipping software and inventory systems (training provided)
