Pay & Benefits

• 12-hour rotating shifts (4 on / 4 off; 84 hours bi-weekly) – day shift
  
  

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and operate testing equipment
• Use precision tools (micrometers, calipers, pi tape, CMM, etc.)
• Perform specialized testing (burst, impact, cement fitting, etc.)
• Maintain accurate records and support audits
• Suggest improvements to testing procedures and equipment
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year in Manufacturing Quality Assurance
• Mechanical knowledge and basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Own safety boots and preferably hand tools
• Strong computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
  
  

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting (up to 75 lbs)
• Exposure to heat/cold, dust, noise, and sharp tools
