We are currently in search of a reliable and motivated Forklift Operator to join our growing team in our Distribution Center located in Jacksonville! Your responsibility is to accurately and quickly service a very fast paced client base while maintaining the highest quality and safety in the industry. We are looking for a successful candidate that will possess knowledge and skill in FIFO principals, as well as RF scanning equipment and be prepared to meet any challenge.
This position will pay $22.90/hour and work 9:00am- 5:30pm Monday through Friday.

Job Summary
- Operate forklift equipment, cherry pickers, high reach equipment safely and effectively; maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
- Perform warehouse duties including receiving and locating product within the RF scanner technology
- Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage outbound freight ensuring that warehouse goals are met
- Implement work in the prescribed sequence so deliver-by-date is met
- Work proficiently to meet Productivity, Quality and Safety targets
- Load/unload trucks
- Maintain a strict housekeeping standards in accordance with 5S protocols
- Report unsafe work conditions/environment in a timely basis
- Cycle Counts & Stock Replenishment
- High school degree or equivalent
- Proven work experience safely operating forklifts, cherry picker and high reach equipment
- Meet daily timelines and work in an environment, where assignments and work priorities are reviewed several times a day
- Ability to use RF technology
- Comfortable using a harness and line yard, as well as comfortable with heights
- Previous experience working in a warehouse preferred. Solid work history/tenure vs. job hopping is required
- Good interpersonal skills; work well as a team but be self-motivated and independent at times
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly; ability to stand on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Able to read and write in English
- Steel toed shoes/boots are required
- Successful completion of a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check
- Ongoing requirement of physical activities, including considerable walking, bending, lifting 50 lbs
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods at a time
- Willingness to work in varying working conditions, including indoors, outdoors, and at heights
