Job Overview
Mandatory Skills:
- Design and build user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Next Experience
- Create and configure Workspaces, Pages, Components, and Layouts
- Assemble UIs using Now Experience UI Framework components
- Configure data bindings, events, client state parameters, and navigation
- Translate UX designs, wireframes, and requirements into functional ServiceNow pages
- Ensure UI consistency with ServiceNow design standards and enterprise branding
- Implement responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
- Collaborate with backend ServiceNow developers on data sources, Scripted REST APIs, and business logic
- Apply accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG compliance)
- Troubleshoot UI performance, rendering, and data binding issues
- Support iterative enhancements and continuous UI improvements
- Document UI configurations and reusable components
Preferred / Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow Workspace / Agent Workspace / CSM / ITSM Next Experience
- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Script Includes)
- Familiarity with REST integrations and data binding
