Founding Executive Role | Israel & Middle East | High-Equity Leadership
⸻
About the Opportunity
We are assembling one of the most strategically influential capital platforms in the regional energy landscape.
Our mandate spans large-scale infrastructure financing, multi-asset trading support, and the creation of long-term capital structures for projects central to the region’s energy and logistics corridors.
As Head of Capital Markets, you will be the financial architect of the company — shaping institutional relationships, structuring complex financings, and building a capital markets function with full strategic authority. This is a founding-level opportunity with the scope, influence, and autonomy typically reserved for sovereign-aligned initiatives.
⸻
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the company’s end-to-end capital markets strategy across debt, equity, structured instruments, and trade finance.
• Structure and secure financing for multi-billion-dollar energy and infrastructure projects, including storage, logistics, and cross-border assets.
• Build and manage relationships with global financial institutions, institutional investors, and strategic capital partners.
• Develop frameworks for credit, liquidity, risk, hedging, and financial optimization, supporting the company’s trading and infrastructure activities.
• Serve as a core member of the executive team, influencing strategy, commercial priorities, and long-term expansion plans.
• Establish and lead a high-performance capital markets division, built from the ground up.
⸻
Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership background in capital markets, strategic finance, investment banking, or global markets.
• Demonstrated ability to structure and execute complex financing processes at scale, across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep understanding of trade finance, structured credit, derivatives, and institutional engagement.
• Ability to operate at board, governmental, and institutional levels with high discretion and strategic discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to build and lead in fast-development environments.
⸻
Compensation & Incentives
• Founding executive position with significant equity participation and long-term value creation potential.
• No fixed monthly salary during the pre-commercial phase.
• Compensation activates upon project financing or initiation of commercial operations and includes:
• Performance-based equity acceleration
• Long-term incentive structures tied to capital deployment
• Executive-level benefit framework at scale-up stage
This package is designed for candidates who understand the value of entering at the foundation of a high-growth strategic platform.
⸻
Why This Role Matters
• Direct influence over the financial architecture of national and regional energy corridors.
• Ability to design capital solutions with full executive autonomy and strategic authority.
• Opportunity to build an institutional-grade capital markets engine that will support long-term expansion across multiple asset classes and geographies.
• Rare founding-role upside not available in established corporates.
