Location: Fully Hybrid – Israel | Middle East | Europe
Type: Founding Executive Role | Long-Term Incentives & Equity Participation
⸻
About the Opportunity
We are establishing a next-generation international energy company from the ground up — integrating global energy trading, LNG and refined products storage, and multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
Backed by top-tier strategic international partners, the company is executing transformational ventures that will redefine regional energy connectivity, long-term supply resilience, and market access across critical global corridors.
As Executive Vice President (EVP) — the most senior executive role directly below the CEO — you will serve as a central pillar of leadership, shaping corporate direction, driving execution across business lines, and acting as a strategic partner to the CEO in building a world-class energy platform.
This is a rare founding-level role, offering unparalleled influence over strategy, operations, partnerships, and long-term value creation at a scale typically reserved for global energy majors.
⸻
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the CEO’s closest strategic and operational partner, supporting leadership across all major business domains.
• Oversee and align business development, commercial strategy, operations, infrastructure, and regulatory execution.
• Drive the execution of large-scale, multi-billion-dollar energy and infrastructure initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between trading, LNG, refined products, storage, capital, and regulatory frameworks.
• Evaluate and advance strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and long-term commercial agreements.
• Represent the company at the highest level with investors, governments, regulators, and global energy partners.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable execution, governance frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Build, mentor, and lead senior leadership teams, instilling operational discipline, accountability, and excellence.
⸻
Candidate Profile
• Senior executive background as EVP, President, Deputy CEO, or equivalent within global energy, trading, LNG, infrastructure, or industrial majors.
• Proven experience operating at board and C-suite level, driving strategy and execution at scale.
• Deep understanding of global energy markets, including LNG, crude, refined products, logistics, and infrastructure development.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-regional organizations and high-value projects.
• Exceptional leadership presence, judgment, and ability to operate in high-stakes, politically and commercially complex environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
⸻
Compensation & Structure
• Founding executive position in a high-impact, high-growth international energy company.
• No fixed monthly salary during the initial phase, reflecting the company’s early-stage, build-out nature.
• Attractive long-term compensation structure, including equity participation and performance-based incentives.
• Monthly compensation becomes effective upon commencement of commercial operations or successful capital raising.
• Designed to reward long-term value creation, execution excellence, and strategic impact.
