Location: Israel – Fully Hybrid / Executive Mobility
Type: Founding Executive Role | Attractive Compensation & Long-Term Incentives
⸻
About the Opportunity
We are building a next-generation international energy company from the ground up — integrating global energy trading, LNG and refined products storage, and multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
Backed by world-class strategic partners, the company is executing transformative ventures that will reshape regional energy connectivity, market access, and long-term supply resilience.
As Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), you will be the strategic architect of the organization — defining the long-term vision, shaping commercial pathways, and guiding the company’s expansion across trading, infrastructure, operations, regulatory frameworks, and capital partnerships.
You will work directly with the CEO and founding executive team to design and execute the company’s strategic roadmap, oversee market intelligence, evaluate large-scale opportunities, and ensure alignment between strategy, operations, regulation, and capital deployment.
This is a rare opportunity to influence regional energy markets, shape a multi-billion-dollar platform, and operate at the highest strategic level in one of the most ambitious energy initiatives emerging in the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic roadmap across trading, LNG, oil, refined products, and infrastructure.
• Conduct high-level market, geopolitical, and competitive analyses to guide major commercial and investment decisions.
• Evaluate strategic partnerships, global supply corridors, trading models, and infrastructure expansion opportunities.
• Support regulatory strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across Israel, the Middle East, and Europe.
• Provide strategic guidance on project structuring, market entry, business unit development, and cross-organizational planning.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, CFO, and VP-level executives to ensure strategy aligns with execution and operational realities.
• Oversee strategic presentations, board materials, investor communications, and executive-level decision frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high-performance strategy and market intelligence team.
⸻
Candidate Profile
• Senior leadership experience in strategy, corporate development, or strategic advisory roles within global energy, trading, LNG, or infrastructure companies.
• Deep understanding of global energy markets, including LNG, crude, refined products, logistics, and regional supply dynamics.
• Ability to build long-term strategic frameworks, evaluate complex commercial structures, and navigate geopolitical environments.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities, with experience influencing C-level and board-level decisions.
• Proven track record in large-scale strategy formation, cross-regional market analysis, and multi-billion-dollar opportunity assessment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
⸻
Compensation & Opportunity
• Founding executive role at a high-growth, market-shaping international energy company.
• No fixed monthly salary in the early stage; compensation begins with commercial activity or successful fundraising.
• Highly attractive long-term incentive package, including equity participation tied to project success, trading expansion, and infrastructure development.
• Exceptional opportunity to shape multi-billion-dollar strategic outcomes and influence future regional energy systems.
