Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of trading, storage, LNG, and refined products infrastructure to maximize efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
• Implement operational strategies, process improvements, and governance frameworks to support scalable growth and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, executive leadership, and cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Drive execution of multi-billion-dollar infrastructure, storage, and trading projects, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and risk management frameworks across all business units.
• Support investor and board-level communications by providing operational insights, progress reports, and project updates.
• Foster a culture of operational discipline, innovation, and results-driven execution across the organization.

• Senior executive experience as COO, Head of Operations, or equivalent C-level leadership in global energy, trading, or infrastructure companies.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-billion-dollar operations involving LNG, oil, and refined products.
• Deep understanding of storage facilities, supply chain optimization, and operational risk management.
• Strong financial, analytical, and commercial acumen, with ability to influence decisions at the highest level.
• Experience in project execution, operational strategy, and cross-border infrastructure development.
• Strategic thinker capable of bridging operational, commercial, and market dynamics across multiple regions.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Hebrew, Arabic, French) advantageous.
